Welcome to TopTrades. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TopTrades website, software, trade copier technology, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using TopTrades, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Services immediately.
Throughout these Terms, "TopTrades," "we," "us," and "our" refer to TopTrades and its affiliates. "You" and "User" refer to any person or entity accessing or using the Services.

Users remain solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions.
Signal providers and traders available through TopTrades are independent users and are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, or affiliates of TopTrades.

TopTrades may integrate with third-party brokers, trading platforms, APIs, payment processors, cloud providers, and other external services. These third-party services are operated independently and are subject to their own terms, policies, and conditions.
TopTrades does not own or control third-party services and makes no representations or warranties regarding their reliability, availability, security, or performance.

Historical performance, trader rankings, statistics, testimonials, case studies, examples, or other information displayed through the Services are provided solely for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.
Users acknowledge that all trading involves substantial risk and that losses, including the loss of the entire account balance, may occur.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TopTrades and its owners, employees, affiliates, licensors, contractors, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, users agree to first contact TopTrades and make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer, and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and TopTrades concerning the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
TopTrades reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page together with the revised effective date.
Continued use of the Services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
